“I enjoy making each session cater to your specific needs. Whether you are looking for relaxation, pain management, injury recovery or prevention, or stress management, I enjoy working with you and helping you reach your individual goals. Each massage session is your time; focused around you and your needs.”
Bonnie Kais, RMT
A graduate of the Colorado School of Healing Arts, Bonnie is a Registered Massage Therapist. She also has B.A. and M.S. degrees in Speech and Hearing Science and has done extensive work in the new field of Sound Healing. In addition, she holds certificates in Reflexology and Reiki and has completed a Naturopathic program in the emerging science of Natural Wellness.
Bonnie has perfected a massage protocol that not only addresses therapeutic healing but also provides the luxurious pampering one expects to receive in a spa setting. Her Integrative Massage effectively reduces physical pain and eliminates mental stress by combining three therapeutic massage treatments in one- Swedish Massage for soothing stress-relief, Deep Tissue Massage to address sore and knotted muscle tissue, and Neuromuscular Massage to treat chronic muscle problem areas. As a bonus, she includes Reflexology, Reiki and Sound, all designed to engage the mind and emotions in the holistic healing process. Hot Stone Massage takes the mind/body experience one level deeper as muscles surrender to hot, oiled stones gliding over tight muscles.
Bonnie also offers a 30-minute TMJ Massage to alleviate the pain caused from jaw clenching, tooth grinding and temporal-mandibular joint dysfunction diagnosed by a dentist. TMJ Massage relaxes jaw muscles and retrains and tones muscles for healthy function.
Bonnie’s 60-minute Motherhood Massage is designed specifically for pregnant mothers and new mothers up to twelve weeks postpartum, Motherhood Massage utilizes a contoured body cushion system specially developed to provide comfort through all phases of pregnancy. Motherhood Massage relieves physical and mental discomforts, eases swelling of extremities, and promotes more restful sleep. Written permission from a medical practitioner is required to receive massage during pregnancy.
“In Massage, I practice the three R’s- Relaxation/Rebalancing/Rejuvenation. My goal is to provide relief for each client’s unique situation. I am gratified each time I witness my clients’ progress and am reminded why I love this work…”
